From what I know about contracts (and that's nothing but a crash course from my uncle 6 years ago) the explicit action that conveys your agreement would be clicking on the non existing go to whatevs button. But since there is only one button it's implicitly (and probably) within common understanding clear what was meant and therefore a judge would probably not absolve the contract for being misleading (at the very least in germany).
