If CSS frameworks are like programming languages, then writing your own CSS is like assembly language, most efficient but difficult.

Just for the record, I wasn't talking about just CSS, the lines of code were 1 JS loc and 2.5 PHP loc.
The half a line of PHP code was actually in MySQL.
