bols597744yPlease try my suggestion and see if it helps. Once a day, hopefully at the same time, you and the BF get dressed and walk for ten minutes. Then come home. If you feel energized, try increasing it in five minute increments.

@bols59 We do that (not every day, but most) as we know the benefits quite well. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have the same effect it used to these days.
It's usually a coffee run and a daily chat about life and stuff. -

I sound like an ultra cautious old git, but make doubly sure it's not a boiler leaking CO. That crap can make you feel tired and woozy if it's a slight leak, then kill you the moment it really opens up.

@HiFiWiFiSciFi Yeah I thought of that, but this is out of character for both of us even then.
@AlmondSauce Good point, though our house here doesn't have a boiler (at least, I don't think). It's one of those large apartment-like houses you find in Berlin.
I asked a neighbor if they've noticed anything. Thanks for the heads up. -

• Low vitamin D
• Depression (caused by the above)
• CO2
Though a walk outside would make you noticeably more awake if it’s only CO2, so it could be a combination of all three, or something else environmental. Could also be diet related.
Or if you caught covid, it could be one of the lingering effects from it, as chronic exhaustion seems somewhat common. -
@Root We haven't noticed anything COVID-related prior to this. Maybe just feeling like crap for a few days? But nothing we'd consider COVID-like. Maybe we did, who knows.
BF is out for the night with his old roommate having dinner, we'll see how he feels when he gets back.
As for vitamin D, we take supplements as of a few days ago. Not sure how long they take to kick in.
As for depression, if it is, it means what we already have is getting much worse. Definitely could be the case :shrug: -
This week was a bad one for me as well. Energy wasn’t there. I skipped workouts this week up until today. It took all the motivation in the world to get off my ass and go to the gym, even though that motivation came easy two weeks ago and earlier. I worked out hard today (I like to run when it’s warm and use the stair climbing machine at the gym when it’s cold) and i was sucking wind a lot earlier than usual.Right now I feel even worse after my workout lol

@PAKA Correct. Of course this isn't a space station, there is some ventilation, but nothing mechanical and no ducts. Just windows.
It's a pretty old house, of course. Berlin and all.

The last week or so, my boyfriend and I have been sleeping almost nonstop. It's beginning to concern me - we're always tired. We'll sleep 8 hours, wake up for maybe 4 or 5, and then sleep another 8 hours.
Is this the weather? Quarantine? Are we getting old? We're getting absolutely nothing done and it's awful. Wtf.
I actually have a history of chronic (diagnosed) insomnia which I grew out of in my late teens thankfully. Sleeping *all the time* is much, much worse.
