I had 17 when I've had my first internship. Today I'm 22 and I'm starting my own web dev company. So basically fuck yeah you can!

@jlave215 oh fuck... Misread it... In that case... First try to gain some experience on the area that you would like to work. Do some projects for you... Websites, games, apps, wtv, something that you can show to the companies instead of just hey I want a work there... Send emails to multiple companies asking for a place on their company and that your willing to work for free for 2/3 months to gain experience.
Tryst me after that 2/3 months, if your good and learn quick, you either join the company and being paid or get a real job -
stisch46038yIf you hit trouble landing your first gig, find an open source project on GitHub to contribute to, something with a lot of open issues and an active community.
Then link your GitHub profile in your resume, and bam. Good luck! -
Easy - just show them some of the stuff you programmed. It'll speak better than anything

@stisch last year for Easter I got a job offer from a silicon valley company that has offices for a salary of $93.600 a year. I don't know how they found me and the only place where I showed of my projects was on GitHub. So I guess from there. Listen to him right there!
