Why do clients wait for 17:55 before asking you to fix that nuclear reaction bug or that new "little insignificant feature i can't live without" ? Seriously, what the hell is your daily job ? Because i really want to switch to it.

    This does piss me off a lot.. I work in a different time zone from our clients and by my end of the day those **** stuffing me with more work..

    @Raspik totally understand that.
    I know it's not something new but ... damn! it's not like we're shuffling cards all day long just waiting for something do do !!

    I think there has to be a process in place. I get the crisis exceptions but if common practice it will lead to resource and deliverable issues.
