Iso week year is over in a few days, calendar year not long after. Then when 2021 rolls around everything will magically be ok.

@electrineer Yup, certainly (and realistically) not until the current financial year is over and _potentially_ it will be over in more areas, although the pessimistic me thinks it won't be over until the summer).

I really pity those who hope 2021 is going to be better. Sadly, it includes myself

@DevNotFretPet the year number incrementing by one will change nothing but the number itself. Besides, it’s more likely things will in general get worse. It’s the world we live in. And I’m not even talking about the pandemic here.

@DevNotFretPet in the end, any period of time is as good or bad as you make of it. Hardships are part and parcel of life, there’s more of them for others, and some periods have more of them than others. C’est la vie, and all you can do is make the best of what the circumstances allow.
