GoDaddy has had me on hold to fix a WordPress update issue that is likely their fault. I've been on hold for 41 minutes. And their hold music is the same stuff that's been playing for over 2 years now, that I'm aware of. Send help. Good thing this is all billable time.

    Man, i hate their call support. Thankfully, i found chat support agent was online. Interaction is much quick and clear with text chat.

    Btw, i don't think you should use Godaddy for anything except domain related stuff. Everyone knows that.

    @HoloDreamer I tell my clients that all the time. But people don't think or know about the problems of bargain-basement hosting until it's too late and come to me for rescue.

    @stackodev that is true. Btw, do you know anyother web host that has feature like Godaddy Pro which would let us devs easily manage clients account? I have been searching and couldn't find any

    @HoloDreamer I'm a huge fan of Pantheon.io. I'm a partner agency with them. Haven't had a site hacked yet on them and their management dashboard is sooo much better than cPanel or Plesk, IMHO. It's only hosting, though, so no domain support or email, etc.
