    Good grief, yes. My own!

But seriously, you always have expectations when you see who has submitted the code. And you can tell by the name before you even open it what kind of mistakes you're going to find in it. You continue to hope they will learn from the same feedback over and over again, then you just give up on them.

Gets easier with time. The more stuff you have to do, the more tolerant you get and you feel.blessed someone is doing it instead of you.

I would actually like someone to review my code and give me feedback. Android developer for 5 years now and still not worked alongside another one!

    God, yeah.

I just finished reviewing (well, the first pass of reviewing) code written by 2 new team members.

    It was quite a trip...

I'm a Senior Developer so often review code of both Developers and other Senior Developers.

I find it an essential part of the development process as a second pair of eyes may spot issues the writer missed. Also I would say I learn new things by reading the code of others.

I remember one project that didn't have a code review and the app crashed the whole app server in production.
