I used Sublime and Atom for a while, but in my opinion nothing is better than the JetBrains IDEs

The text editors you mentioned are cool, all of them. But they are inferior to jetbrains ides. Go with Phpstorm if you work with php.
Remember, it's free if you're a student.

WebStorm for JS and Go, Atom for pretty much anything else.
Atom even has decent plugins for OCaml, really surprised me 👌
