Let me just warn people that if you quit your job but they offer you to come back with a significant salary increase it's probably not the right answer.

    Really depends on your relationship.

    If you're confidant they really do like you and want to keep you... can be ok. But you gotta be sure your situation there and ... consider the reasons you were thinking of leaving.

    Accepting a counter offer usually puts you at the top of "person who we should replace or make redundant as soon as possible" list
