I've been hearing about material design, and wanted to check up on it. Does it specify some good UI guidelines, or is it more JavaScript framework hipe?

Sooooo I think i know what it is now: you have shitty internet.

"Material design" ... is just a design language, not a javascript framework...

There are css frameworks that follow that design language, lots of them.

Also maybe it is a language barrier thing but referencing Material Design as a javascript framework, having trouble loading a web page.... I'm guessing web development isn't your focus?
