    I don’t think the correlation with the word Java and coffee have anything to do with the programming language lol.

    @phat-lasagna yes and no, it was at one point named Oak after an oak tree that lied outside of the offices in which Gossling and his team were developing the initial Java technology. Eventually, because of the amount of coffee they used they changed the name to Java. So yes, it has something to do with coffee, but on a very superficial scope.

    @AleCx04 Ur right, but the usage of the word Java to describe coffee didn’t have anything to do with it.

    @phat-lasagna it sorta kinda does, coffee is associated with the word Java because of the island of Java and the coffee that is grown there. I actually thought of coffee way before I even knew about the programming language years ago. It is not a new thing, nor something solely associated with the language
