I have a hdd left, in the mood of trying out a new os. Any new/hot os's to try?

Btw: my main os is xubuntu.

Remix OS sounds like an idea...

There is remix and there is another x86 one starting with p forgot the name both not so bad android distros for pc hardware both still buggy as fuck and not easy to install to a hdd but when you do there fun OS's, there are name Linux flavors and your have any windows up to windows 7 with updates off or blocked.

Try elementary os, or linux mint (better than Ubuntu)

Solus Mate would get my vote. The original project looks great (built from scratch) and the Mate spin seems to take it up a notch. If I had a spare rig, I'd definitely give it a shot.
