Fucking project manager giving UI/UX ideas. I better do it on my own.

I know that some ideas can be bad. And that's fine, dismiss them with evidence. But don't discard all suggestions, it makes you seem smug and arrogant, especially when UI/UX is concerned.

Users are always a diverse group, and whilst we can do our best to think like them and provide the right interactions, sometimes we just need reminded that there are people wired very differently from how we are.

I always think going with the opposite turns out quite well because all my past PM's have the worst ideas xD
