Erase the hard drive like 10 times, install clean os and apply thermal paste to the cpu&gpu

marulkan78yRunning Malwarebytes are usually a good start to remove a lot of crap. And what other peeps already have said, check for slow starting services. There are usually a ton of them if the user is trigger-happy on download links ;)

What is your way of diagnosing a desktop/laptop?
An employee at work told me that her daughters laptop is acting strangely and she asked me, since I am into computer and I said sure. I said to her to tell her daughter what I am specifically looking for. I never really done this before.
