There’s nothing more frustrating than feeling depressed and apathetic toward everything for days, like the walls are closing in, you’re never going to achieve your goals, and there’s no point to living... only to realize it’s just that it’s “that time of the month”.

I miss the days when my PMS was literally just “Random commercials make me cry”.

To clarify, I would probably catch on that these emotions are just a hormonal reaction if “that time of the month” happened every month. Nexplanon is a weird birth control.

I’m sure this thread was overshare, but I just wanted to express my frustration.

Here’s Bob being stealth

    **poke**

As a men, no understanding me can. ;)

But that sounds like absolutely no fun.

I would love, absolutely love, having a monitoring system for my body, guess for more or less the same reason then you.

Days when body just seemingly randomly decides to go bonkers and e.g. migraine kicks in, cannot sleep or "hey look I'm a squirrel on coke mode" starts.

Would be really great to know this in advance. :(

@IntrusionCM Right? (Sorry to hear about your migraines. :( I've only had a few of them out of nowhere. The handful of times I took a nap in the middle of the day when I didn't have a migraine, that's how I _got_ a migraine, which is why I'm one of those quirky humans who never nap... unless I already have a migraine. It's, like, the easiest way to know that I feel like absolute shite. "Ooh, damn, it's serious, Amy is _napping_.")

I am incredibly glad for having good teeth and not being susceptible to migraine.
The entire rest of my body can break down but my brain and everything in its vicinity must stay stable to get any work done.

migraine comes mostly from stress and muscle tensions.

My body is a train wreck, but it never fails to amaze me how it still works. XD

When body does not want to work, I don't work, too.

Simple as that. It's one of the things where I stopped compromising. With great success.
