html email test sent to client:
Client: Great but I can't see any images.
Me: You may have "load images" disabled in your email client/preferences.
Client: (a few hours later) can you make it so that the images appear even if "load images" is disabled?

I have had this before, it is possible by encoding the image in base 64 but this is only viable if you are using small images I.e. Logos

    I've had the opposite ...
Me: if we send an email that's only an image, anyone without images enable will see nothing
Boss: that's ok, I'm sure all of our users have images enabled, here's a 10mb .png for you.
    Me: *sigh* as you wish.
