Decent wifi
Big big screen/media bench/white walls with projector so you can pair program/do standup
Enough meeting rooms so those that do need to chat can do so without disturbing others
Fruit baskets
Standing desks
Big screen showing status of apps/builds (maybe combine with above?) -
seer4349ylunch together, standing desks, good relax possibilities, no cubicles, headphones for all, shared speakers, good meetingroom with big tv screen and a few strobes with discolights and a smokemachine for the friday drinks.

claesch769yDesks that can be moved easily so people working on the same feature can physically be in the same space. Like, I can turn my chair around and can ask the PM a question.
I know PMs are thought to be the bad guys, but if you're doing it right, they will make your product better in a shorter space of time. FWIW, most companies aren't doing it right -- including mine. -
laptops with docking stations, at least three monitors, and let all the devs work from home.
use all that extra space for meeting rooms and spare cubes for the devs that want to come in for the day to have a place to sit. -
claesch769yOh! A place where people can make a private phone call. I saw one place where there repurposed telephone booths for individual phone calls and had a camera in there for conferencing into other offices. That saved a ton of space and kept people from tying up big rooms for things that was just for a single person.
We are trying to rebuild our office. 20 people (13 developers). What would be the top priorities for you? Best tips you could give us?
