Unpopular opinion: Firefox is a better web debugger/ development tool than Google Chrome... so many functionalities packed in that sweet gem.

Unpopular Opinion? Every good web dev knows that dude.

I still stick with chrome, because everything I do in chrome that works good, works even better in Firefox.

Except stupid features that still aren’t enabled by default - like dbackdrop-filter.

What? Which feature is Chrome missing?

@petergriffin You stick with chrome because Firefox does everything better? What?

@ScriptCoded yup. Remote devtools all use chrome’s by default and I use the most recent features quite often.

Plus, I prefer it as personal browser as non-dev and I was heavily inside the google ecosystem, which is still a remain of it.

@petergriffin But you do realize that your statement is pretty much equal to saying "I use Chrome because I think it's worse"

Firefox devtools are fucking awesome. The grid-overlay function, the color scheme, the JavaScript console, everything is better in firefox

The same difference between Windows and linux, both are equally capable, but have different target audience.

Named capture groups are not supported in FF. That’s fucked.
