I waste a lot of my time simply doing nothing I want to work on my goals but I can`t.
Any suggestions about How to start focusing on the work?

    May I ask why your focus is shifting?

    Do you have too many thoughts or is the task just too dull?

    Maybe check a doc? Could be a depression

    get a friend who holds you accountable, even better someone with knowledge. Do some research on mentorship and coaching.

    And make it a habit to read about 60 pages daily in a book.

    The hardest part is starting. Unless like @GyroGearloose said you've got depression then it's really really hard to do anything apart from drowning in self-pity.

    I set timers. I have to do this thing for 45 min then 10 min break then do other thing. If I finish before timer great I let myself have a little longer break.
