Why is it so hard to find backend Java developers?

So much work to do... so few people to do it with... -_-

    @vish haha don't worry, I'm not a recruiter. If I was I would be asking you to have 5 years of angular 2 experience.

    I'm just letting out frustrations

    What better things could I be doing then?

    Developing videogames, data mining, something more interesting.

    I have done some jobs as backend java developer and it's boring. Almost everything a project needs I has already done for another project.

    @pmso I do datamining that's what I call backend work.

    Our frontend guys create admin panels and stuff. To be more exact, I develop a platform for datamining

    They have yet to realize that jsp is better than php

    Also hi, my job is forcing an old 4 core xeon server to actually work fast

    lol..JEE is so fucked up.....tomcat uses 100% of my cpu
