As much as I dislike Windows 10 I don't think this is the cause. Bluetooth was always pretty solid for me and MS makes their own Bluetooth mice which are decent imho.

Probably just a shitty driver or something. Unless you run both Windows and Mac OS on the same hardware there are many other possible factors.

aneesh1424y@deadlyRants I am using a Logitech mouse with MacOS and my personal windows 10 laptop. aneesh1424y@deadlyRants I am using a Logitech mouse with MacOS and my personal windows 10 laptop.
I did all the troubleshooting possible and also emailed Logitech tech support.
None of the things they mentioned help at all.

				Same hardware?
Otherwise it might be USB3 interference, try another port (better USB2.0) or extension cable.

Driver problem, not windows specifically. Happened to me with cheap super generic Bluetooth adapters.
-

@aneesh Did you try reinstalling the BT driver?

It's a rare issue but I once had constant problems with audio on my old laptop and they instantly went away when I manually uninstalled the manufacturer's official driver and let Windows auto-install a generic one. Some drivers are just total piles of shit.

Other than that I have no idea, but I've had more reliability issues with USB on Windows 10(and on multiple devices).

Does your windows machine use realtek for the networking and bluetooth. I have had nothing but bad experiences with their 8822CE network card in my asus laptop for both bluetooth and wifi

Do you have any website where I can go through the steps?

Same mouse works totally smooth on MacOS though.
