Google is and will always be your best friend on these topics, and I'm 100% serious

bad-frog5464yyeah, i think every single programmer uses google to find answers for their questions. most often you will find exactly what you are looking for.
however it can be overwhelming with such a broad question.
start by learning programming, then once you know whats what learn network.
then once you are no longer lost, start learning frameworks.
and finaaaaaally, learn about security.
thats because to understand network, you need to understand programming. and you need network knowledge to understand frameworks.
and you guessed it, you need quite good knowledge in frameworks to even try out the hacks you are going to learn. because thats hacking: abusing hidden parts of existing frameworks (in the large sense).
for programming id say start with C. i started with python and i think it was a waste of time.
i could have learned much faster if i started with C.
C is hard, but now i master it, its a breeze to learn new languages. also its better to start with C than c++ because its simpler -
k33da98344yJust start learning things, as said earlier 'Google is your friend'. I would suggest to start with programming path first as you can later interrelate it with hacking stuff. Hacking is more involved with computer networks, os nd different different scripts and tools. Just stay motivated, you will gain knowledge eventually.
