anon8114868yBecause having a background in development is pretty crucial for IT managers. I found out I didn't like coding pretty late in my engineering studies... so I specialized in management.

I'm really hoping this was a troll post for points. No one needs to be on the development side if they get upset enough to quit. Analyst/manager/etc
