nebula18134ywhat security risks? did I miss something?
and as long as you do not have anything in that sheet which could lead to cause harm to your company (like a visible script module pointing to sensitive parts of your infrastructure or other sensitive information) -> which should be avoided anyway as far as possible I think everything is cool. -
Crost40744yOne reason could be that there is a company review process and auditing, if people can use tools that aren't approved, the people reviewing may not see it to review, so from and organisational level it's easier to just white list tools rather than black list.
Or they could be the dumb-dumbs. -
@craig939393 they blacklisted it, no idea why
@nebula if you missed it, we both did... no explanation given, sounds much like a “somebody once told it’s bad” thing to me -
I'm pretty sure you need to purchase a license to use Google products commercially.

Cause security issues which may lead to the possibility of people seeing it.
Seeing the content we want them to see.

Edit: if any security expert can give me a valid explanation better than: “it’s the protocol” I am willing to accept I am wrong, but then the point is that they (colleagues) are dicks for not explaining
