I did quite the same when I was looking for a job some time ago, I omitted my email and put a wrong phone number in my resume, but I did that on purpose so that only companies intrested enough to put effort in finding a way to contact me would have answered (or at least this is what I say when telling this story)

well, eventually it worked, I got hired on 1st shot ^^
