@darksideplease the thing im angry about is the fact that to run any node module i have to open console and type: node modulename. If it is my ignorance by all means point me to a sokution (just a general idea, no need for links). At the least i want to figure out a way to run in remote terminal with user having no access to the bash.

mundo0349118yI guess you can also setup a git hook, so it setups the project for you when pushing to a remote. Does that make sense?

I know its a server side, so there must be a way of running it on a tomcat server, but hooking it up to run in a web browser is a completely different story. Blessed-contrib is an ascii dashboard. Again my point being, maybe my lack of knowledge but i dont see any easy and straightforward way of deploying node modules like with lets say jar files or even .net looks like its great for lab applications like python, but have you ever tried to publish a stand alone app written in py? Good luck.

mak42041198ymhmmm I really struggle understanding what you want to achieve ^^ do you want a standalone desktop app written in nodejs? nodejs integrated in the browser?!? what and where do you want to deploy? could you try to clarify? ;) and you know npm and package.json right?

Ok months after and few thousand lines of code later I have to admit it was me being stupid (lack of knowledge). That being said I now hate node/js even more but for a completely different reasons :)
Node.js is the most fucking useless application of js in publishing apps, worse can be only python. Why the fuck would you do all of those "cool" apps if they are fucking useless like tech demo. I found blessed-contrib. Awesome. Now try to use it in real life scenario. Fuck all and useless. Any attempt to port it to a remote terminal or even running locally in browser are so much hassle it will be easier to rewrite the fucking thing in java or c. Why everyone is wanking off at node.js when its fucking useless.
