To Scrum or to Kanban?

IMO Kanban if the release philosophy is: let's work as hard as we can on the most important things and we are 'done' when we are 'done'.

Otherwise Scrum.

@oldtimer91 I actually prefer the Kanban way of working. Deadlines... pffft!

I worked in a Scrum environment for quite a while, and it ended up being so bastardised to the "way we like it", with so much emphasis on "completing the sprint".
