Here can someone help me to guid become software architect. I work as lead in backend. My learning in spring boot , Python Flask and Djngo seems stagnated from a year or more. Want to go beyond but don’t know how.

Read - understand - apply it - you're an architect.

As an architect you need good communication skills as you will be doing much meetings with other parties and a wide knowledge base so you can evaluate and design overall structure.

Actual implementation will be down to the team.
