In Malaysia where majority are short-sighted employers located, I am more comfortable with Backend Development with the reason that customer (as they dont know how that think work in the first place) so can't force me to change the feautre , unlike frontend, it is easy to complain about the UI/UX ... I learn all the complex topics just for fufilling the need of making this or that button rounder.

No Offense tho.

    @Devnergy in my country majority don't do DevOps and back end , they just outsource to freelancer like me , we charge them maintainance fee every month.

    I know it is low standard.

    So.... devops.. like implementing svn and some custom plugins, scripting ? Like well, normal development oriented tasks involved in setting up a development and deployment environment ? :P How does someone SPECIALIZE in this ? LOL
