Like when I've been burning the candle at both ends a bit too much. -

1. Vitamin D, or get 20 minutes of sunshine everyday.
2.Vitamin B Complex.
3. To stop worrying about it. It will get worse if you think about all the time.
4.To sleep more, like others have. said. Sleep is the best healer.
5. Burn up all the adrenaline with exercise.
6. Eat tons of spinach. It is good for everything.
7. Drink less coffee and caffeine, if you do
It will go away. May take some time.
