Why can't they just go to the IT administrator who's work it is to handle their fucking problems?

I feel you bro , I had the same problem with my first job , I was basically working in the same office with the IT Director (he was the only one maintaining the whole firm IT wise) but everyone would ask me to fix things as if I was there for that instead of developing new software and integrating the software they were using...
