Majority of people are in it for the money. Some people(maybe like you) think about the aesthetic value. It will never make the person happy knowing that what he works for is contrary to his beliefs/morals.
Quit your job and find a job where people car about aesthetics or find your own company. Good luck. -
@itch96 this company is not simply about the money. None in the team are here for the money. Except my boss who think that he is better than us all with 0 programming experience. Already looking for a new job
Just had a huge discussion with my boss that ended up he saying that he only is there for money and if I have a different perspective about work that I should leave. In the company people are here to help the company go forward and not about money. I guess I'm the wrong one and I should leave (really thinking about that) or someone should fire him
