Have you ever had a customer whose tech manager is an old nice guy who got the job because noone else wanted to do the job...

Well. That's a not so fun customer.

It becomes worse when the tech manager discovers the joy of HTML Mails and sends you Mails with background templates and other ton stuff so that the mail is 2 MB large... When I opened I saw nothing first (me always text only. Fuck that HTML garbage) and then - as no txt only part in mail - opened it as HTML....
