I work with a system that displays web components via TV's, using a special backoffice system and a complex infrastructure centered within a complex internal and partially external network. The other day one of our clients, who's server I am not allowed to view via teamviewer, contacted me to say a web component wasn't working since yesterday.
No other details given. And it works for everybody else in all the other environments.
But "It" just wasn't working.
