Some fun ideas:
* Detect when someone writes "how" and "?". Use google's APi to search for their question and output the first result.
* Add Jira-integrations so you can just mention a ticket number and it will print the status

@jiraTicket we think the same. I've already set up Jira that will return all open tickets for a user, detail on a ticket id and changing statuses.
