Oh man! So where I work we just started a new process where we don't estimate tasks and we don't measure sprints. We just have tasks on our board (tied to different milestones) and we work on them, then complete them. The thing we measure is how long it takes for a ticket to me moved from "In Progress" to "Done". Turns out after doing that for a while, you get better predictability than estimating and sprints
