@davide I wouldn't go as far as comparing these two. One is the house for toxic minors without any common sense, another is for trash maker videos. Exceptions are so rare, it's easy to lose faith in humanity.

It doesn’t have to be toxic. I used to get angry every time I opened Twitter, until I decided to cut down the list of people I follow.
I did the same with Instagram. I find it much easier to enjoy consuming social media by being extremely selective about what I follow.
I now use Twitter pretty much just for keeping up with tech/security stuff and a very select few gaming topics.

I actually did it with devRant first by filtering out the bullshit meme reposts and just keeping it to rants and questions.

Unfollow the drama-stirring people. That's what I did and Twitter has been a much more pleasant place since then.
