They need to get rid of the Cook and employ a Chef.
It used to be creativity, foresight, instinct manifesting itself in great innovative design and software. Now we have everything focused on chasing the $. Just like Microsoft used to be, until that is they realised. Now Apple is the old Microsoft and Microsoft is the new Apple.
I live in hope.

Just switch to microsoft...easy...don't need to wait that the company you're fan of listen you...because they don't and they don't care if you're faithful to them

2013 Mac Pro released. 2017 No information from official sources on a new model. Which leaves creative professionals in the dark with dramatic decisions to make. Some confirmation or at least inclination that an upgrade is in the works would be welcome, it may well happen, but this is no consolation for those that have to rely on the hardware to make a living and need to plan. @Greystripe17
extreme oversimplification it may be, it simply an observation based on the lack of innovation and the innovation surfacing from rival companies such as Microsoft. You could add to the thread rather than simply making a patronising comment.

@dontbeevil its about reliability and software for me, and the OS. So even though the hardware is moving on the OS needs work (lots).

@helloworld its just a stereotype, since windows 7, if you buy good hardware with good drivers, I didn't have a single freeze anymore...on the other side i had to use a mac book fresh reinstalled for 12 hours and was a nightmare with three freezes
