    At least it is consistent with how Windows handles file deletion...

    Windows: "I can't delete this file as it is currently open in some application."

    Linux: "I removed the directory entry of the file and as soon as that application is done using it, i will clean up the remainder of it."

    Usability is a matter of details on all layers - not just the GUI.

    Also, for VSCode, trust yourself because your computer cannot trust this folder.

    @Lensflare It wasn't running, unless some background process was erroneously still running. The web app was closed.

    I had to restart Visual Studio entirely before I could write anything.
