donuts238483y@theKarlisK I dunno what happened, haven't done benchmarking in a long time. just need to compare new Pixel with old.

donuts238483y@electrineer hm... Unlocking pixel 4 is much faster...
Browsing internet and watching videos... Difference is too small to tell...
Samsung to Geekbench seems Pro is about 2x as good -
Alt-Tab5533y@donuts I recommend you check out the Gary Explains channel on YouTube. He made a benchmark based on a set of (imo) sensible parameters which should give a better picture of everyday smartphone performance than a 1 dimensional test.
Look for a video where he explains how he set up the benchmark and then you should also be able to find the phones you are interested in supposing they are new-ish.
That said, I don't know if his test is open source now or not. Still makes more sense than old AnTuTu imo. -
donuts238483y@Alt-Tab well I just wanted to know how the hardware stand up with others, esp with the Tensor chip.
Other then the software gimmicks that mostly look half-assed (Live Translation), don't see any advantage...
How do I performance test Android phones now?
Seems AnTuTu is gone from the app store?
