Whatever I do, I can not change the situation.
What do you suggest? (I am very weak socially)

    Make your bed every day for an entire year. Even if you have to make it just before you go to bed. No excuses. This will make you feel better about your home and make you feel like a functioning adult for sticking to something for a year

    Exercise! It'll help your mental health, physical health, and give you confidence to try uncomfortable things. Start with trying to do 100 push ups. How many days until you hit the 100th?

    Journal for a season. Write in it a summary of your day, something or someone you grateful for, followed by a single item that if you do that one thing you'll consider it a good day, even if it's trivial. Some people like to do this early in the morning, some prefer before bed. Find what works for you.

    Lastly, know that there's nothing wrong with your life. People have to make their own happiness, and many people in many different lifestyles are happy and miserable. There's no one solution, but the above suggestions are worth trying.
