    Keep breakfast. Cut out snacks.

    breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Cut out the snacks, cut down on wheat (for a bit), stop eating/drinking dairy and go for runs.

    @yehaaw I only go by what my wife (a nutritionist) taught me. And following her guide I'm leaner and stronger than I ever was (I used to be chubby and on cholersterol tablets).
