Who would willingly walk in to such a shitty role. Perhaps if they fired the management things would improve.

- There is enough people on team-
- You manage with cleverness-
- I can focus, that means you have to fix that stupid noise problem on the office-

They are just warning you, boss is a useless disrespectful asshole.

I say put that on your resume. I tell interviewers I am on call 24x7 AND they should call me at 3am before hiring me - and I will deal with them waking my wife. I tell them seriously do it. They never call and it always works. I guess my experience helps as well.
