Although the it's people why I've lost my passion. I don't want to learn anymore because whatever you learn you can't put into action anyway when still out there arguing about how automated testing and clean code are good things.

Same. After 20 years of employment I still get offers via LinkedIn and all I can think these days is "leave me alone I fucking hate every last one of your corporate assholes". I should change jobs but I lost the capacity to lie. I have to be honest about hating everything and everyone. Employers hate that I am honest about them.
