jakobev23958ythats a good idea. everyday on LinkedIn i get notifications about the same 5 companies which are searching 😐

iAmNaN68458yAlways apply for a job that you find interesting. The worst that will happen is that they will tell you, "no thanks." But, you might just get hired as well. We have a bad habit of disqualifying ourselves, rather than letting the Recruiter or Interviewer do that.

I am with @iAmNaN on this. If you are not desperate then see it as an opportunity to find out what job interviews are actually like. Also, as a rule of thumb, if you know 50% of what they require, then apply. They always look for the "fully fledged" person which they will never find and they know this and won't really expect to find that person either. Also, often times even if you don't know a lot but they feel that you are able to learn things quickly, a lot of companies hire you anyway. A good company knows how to get the smart people, even if they have to train them. You might be in for a surprise... Don't be shy. Also in Germany there's 6 month probation. And if you are not to bad they will keep you.
