sariel85313yAre you post covid?
I had it back in 2020 and I haven't been the same since.
I get frustrated more. Cannot focus on the same topic for longer than 45 minutes. I just can't have the same intelligent conversations I had three years ago.
Part of it I think is stress as well. We all know deep down that the whole world is broken, but we just don't know what to do about it anymore.
Especially with the environment degrading and political drama, it's so hard to give a fuck anymore. -
Crost41083yI had brain fog in 2018 and it lasted a year, started to improve about 4 months in. I was very sensitive to light and had a few times of depersonalisation.
It did get better in the end. I think it was stress but I didn't know I was stressed at the time. Stress was normal. -
@sariel I was recently sick and I don’t yet know if it was COVID, but the fog predates that. The world going to hell is a possibility, for sure. I am stressed with family issues as well. I just wish I could retire and do nothing for a good long while.

bols597793yI think you and I drank the same Kool Aid. Beginning week fourteen of what I can only describe as an invasion from without that's entirely annihilated me mentally, emotionally, psychically, intellectually. I no longer have a sense of humour and I can't listen to music.
I hope you feel better soon. Thanks for reading this.
If I could just stop screening things up at work, that’d be greeeeeaaaaat.
Seriously, I’m in the worst brain fog of my life these past 6 months. I feel like I’m on the edge of dementia. The stuff that used to come naturally to me just feels foreign and incomprehensible. My judgment is so flawed right now.
