@TWilson023 how are you liking it? What do you with it? I'm thinking of getting one, but I don't want it to be slow because of the low powered cpu. I'm mainly a web developer, and going to use it with the windows it comes with. I also use a vm with Ubuntu if I really need Linux locally.

@Mayhem93 it's pretty good, haven't run into any performance problems doing web dev (Running IIS, Apache, Atom, & Visual Studio). My only complaint is that being such a slim laptop, the fan can get a bit noisy when installing things (but is fine with Illustrator, Photoshop, VS, and a web server all at once). Anyways, if you can get past the small screen size (which I love and is pretty bright), I'd recommend it. While you are paying quite a bit for the build quality, I'd say the aluminum body is definitely worth it.

@TWilson023 I'm gonna get the UX490UA though. Comes in May (hopefully). It has more ports + bigger display in the same size (though a bit heavier, 900g vs 1200g). Going to get the 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD variant.

@TWilson023 it finally appeared on Amazon.co.uk for £1600. Much more expensive than I would have liked. Fucking brexit!!!
Anyone here using the Asus zenbook 3 ux390ua as a work machine?
