Can someone suggest me a good monitor for programming and​ gaming? I have a really old one right now and need an upgrade.

What is your budget? If it's below $300 I'd strongly recommend the Dell UltraSharp series. Their IPS panels are gorgeous. Anything above you might wanna look at their 21:9 screens, or go with LG's Ultrawide UHD ones if you have the spare change.
