    from a PM perspective, everything is critical, and everything is high priority. from the dev perspective, it means everything is equally unimportant and boring.
    the same applies to emegency "fix it now" mode.

    I'd love to prioritise client tickets on this. The more high they send in, the more it lowers the actual ticket priority.
